Lucky, the Dog Trapped in Basement (11 images)
Lucky, a dog who has allegedly been stuck in a basement for years in Shoreline, WA barks continuously on September 22, 2010. No one has lived in the house for 3 months but someone comes and feeds the dog a couple times a week through the glass door. King County Animal Control has been called many times since 2002 but no action taken. (photo copyright Karen Ducey 2010).
